The heel lifts are made of soft silicone gel which provides dampening of the foot stride and shock absorption. Softer blue centre of the heel pads reduces stress of the heel bone in the area the most frequent development of the heel spur. A slight wedge shaping facilitates the correct axial alignment of the feet.
